It can stimulate your front and middle deltoid muscles.
1. Each person holds a dumbbell and lift the dumbbell to shoulder height.
2. Slowly raise the dumbbells above your head, and at the same time rotate your arms, turning your thumbs inward so that your palms face forward at the top of the movement.
3. Hold this final position for a while and then perform the reverse movement, slowly lowering the dumbbells and turning your hands to return them to the initial position of the movement.
