[Basic biceps exercise—dumbbell curls]——

Notes: Keep your upper body upright and do not rely on waist strength to complete the movement; do not swing the dumbbell backwards when you put it down.

Action description: Hold a dumbbell in each hand and place it at your side. Lift the dumbbell with your arms bent, bringing your forearm and upper arm as close as possible. Stop for a moment and then slowly lower the dumbbell until your arms are fully extended.
