Best Kickboxing was designed and developed to meet the ever-increasing demand for a group fitness program that can get you in shape, keep you in shape, and keep you motivated!

Our instructors teach proper form and the fundamental kickboxing skills needed to enhance your fitness experience and goals.

The program was developed in 2010 with the Martial Arts and kickboxing arts in mind to give any individual a way to better understand the true art of martial arts and kickboxing while making it fun, convenient, and upbeat.

Our primary location in Bellmore has been the flagship fitness center and is a rapidly growing fitness program.
