Venum Challenger Mouthguard

Venum Challenger Mouthguard Rubber Gel, Black

A mouthguard is a mouthpiece that protects the teeth and gums by covering them and preventing and reducing injury to the teeth, arches, lips, and gums. A good mouthguard is like a crash helmet for both teeth and jaws. It also keeps the jaws from fully closing, lowering the risk of jaw joint injuries and concussions.

A mouthguard is commonly used to prevent injury in contact sports, as a treatment for bruxism or TMD, or as part of dental procedures like tooth bleaching or sleep apnea treatment.

It’s also known as a mouth guard, mouth piece, gumshield, gum guard, nightguard, occlusal splint, bite splint, or bite plane, depending on the application. Mouthguards are made by dentists that specialize in sports dentistry.

Product Features:

Superior Quality: There is a need for intense protection wherever there is intense training. This Venum “challenger” mouthguard has been updated to provide customers with a perfect personalized fit while keeping everyone safe and ensuring that everything in the mouth stays put.

Unique Designing: These challenger mouthguards were created with the goal of preventing and reducing injuries to ones teeth, arches, lips, joints, jaw, and gums. Designed from the ground up to fit individual teeth perfectly and provide maximum security and protection.

Composition: Rubber structure with a high density for greater shock absorption. It also comes with a storage case.

Reliability: For greater comfort, they used an innovative gel frame and developed an individual breathing channel for increased performance. The shock wave is absorbed by the lower rubber frame, which disperses it in the direction of ones strongest teeth.

Our Opinion: This mouth guard lasted longer than any other I’ve purchased. After moulding, I had to trim some surplus material (the blue gel section), but the fit is fantastic.

I can wear it easily during sparring and even talk to my students to provide some coaching. Although speech isn’t flawless, it is far superior to that of most mouth guards.

I only changed it out because I was sick and worried that having the same mouth guard in my mouth over and over would make me sick again once I recovered. The fitting was simple, but it is unlike most other mouth guards, so be sure to read the instructions carefully.
