Our fat-burning- muscle toning classes are designed to get you in and out of our Fitness Kickboxing studio in less than one hour, Our classes are designed to burn calories, melt fat improve cardio fitness while building and toning lean muscle, At Best Fitness Kickboxing our fitness kickboxing classes are designed for top-level athletes as well as weekend warriors.

You train in a group but you work at your own pace and fitness level. This helps keep you motivated but allows you to adjust your efforts as your competency and fitness level improve.
