Are these classes similar to Thai Bo or Cardio Kickboxing?

No, Best Fitness Kickboxing classes actually involve the use of a bag and are instructed by real kickboxing coaches rather than aerobics instructors. Students are guaranteed a great workout while also learning proper technique.

I haven’t worked out in a while, will I still be able to do it?

Yes, our Best Fitness Kickboxing are in a group setting where students are able to go at their own pace.  The classes are expertly designed for students of all fitness levels.

What do I need to wear to class?

Something comfortable to work out in…. t-shirt and sweat pants, shorts or capri- pants.

How often do I need to come to class?

Three times a week would be an ideal minimum for those just starting classes.  Once you become a member at Best Fitness Kickboxing you may attend as many classes as you would like unlimited.

How soon will I see results?

That depends on the level of commitment and how hard you work in the Best Fitness Kickboxing class.  With proper diet and consistent training, you could lose 1.5lbs to 2.0lbs a week.

How many classes can I come to?

As many as you wish, day or evening; the membership is unlimited at Best Fitness Kickboxing

Will this cause me to gain muscle?

This type of exercise we do at Best Fitness Kickboxing will not put on muscle mass.  It is designed to tone and condition the muscle you have.

How long is the class?

Our Best Fitness Kickboxing classes are 45 – 55 minutes each.

Should I eat before I come to class?

Yes, something small at least an hour prior to class.  Something with complex carbohydrates is recommended.

Are we going to take breaks in the class?

The class does not stop to take breaks; however, we do encourage you to take small breaks on your own as you start to feel you need them.  Remember, you can tailor the class to suit you at Best Fitness Kickboxing

What if I can’t do some of the exercises in the class?

This is fine because you can always substitute the exercise with something else.
